Functional Medicine Assessment:

Includes: full medical history intake; metabolic assessment; a thorough assessment of comprehensive blood labs; Chinese medical assessment/diagnosis; and then dietary, herbal, supplementation, as well as lifestyle recommendations, will be made to help return you to your best health.
Functional Medicine - Initial visit (consult) $275

Expect to spend about 2 hours at the office for your initial visit, including check-out time. You will spend 60-90 min face-to-face time with Dr. Shelly. The consult fee includes time spent before and after your visit for Dr. Shelly to review any past lab work and all paperwork and intake forms.

Follow up/review (follow up from initial visit, or for any visit after for assessing progress.) Any lab fees are not included and will vary depending on which test(s) is needed. Phone or Skype consults are also available for Fertility and/or health support for non-locals.

Cancellation policy:

We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and adjusting your schedule can sometimes be necessary. However, to manage your appointment effectively and to respect the time of our service providers, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following cancellation policy: All clients must give at least a 24-hour notice for cancellations. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full. This includes no-shows and late cancellations. If you have an emergency, we understand that the 24-hour policy may not be feasible. In such a case, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. The decision to waive the cancellation fee will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please remember, when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to this policy.
