Pay per visit
- Micro-needling $155, plus 20-minute Celluma light therapy ($35)anti-aging treatment with stem cell serum is $190 per visit. (1-time monthly treatment)
- Nano-needling, recommended weekly, to drive serum into the skin and rejuvenate, is $135 per visit ( 20-minute Celluma light therapy would be an additional $35.) This treatment can be done at least once weekly. ($170 per treatment.)
- Total per month w/Celluma light therapy in each weekly session: $700.
- Total per month without any Celluma light therapy: $560

Functional Medicine – Initial Fertility or Health Assessment $600
Includes:
- Comprehensive history of health
- Environmental toxin assessment
- Detox Questionnaire
- Genetic variant assessment
- Metabolic assessment
- Neurotransmitter/(how hormones can be affected) assessment
- Recommend lab tests (Could involve blood labs, saliva test, or GI testing, or other.)
- A thorough assessment will be done and documentation of all findings
- Best personalized dietary plan specific to findings
- Lifestyle recommendations
- Supplementation for best results.
- **Lab testing is not included in visit cost
- The visit to go over all the above findings and recommendations
- This will also include one 20 minute virtual call to check in and answer questions
and get email updates on progress at 1 month and 2 month post initial visit. Email
questions will be answered during business hours.
Functional medicine follow-up visit ( 4 months past initial visit) $450
- New intake on health changes and progress
- Have new labs done and review to check progress
- Evaluate findings
- Write up new assessment, give new plan, which include: diet changes, any new lifestyle recommendation, and supplementation
IVF pre/post Transfer Outcall – $550
Initial office visit with both stress reduction and fertility support in the treatment 1.5 hour
Treatment $250 (recommended a 2-3 days prior to IVF) plus IVF outcall pre/post acupuncture treatment $550

Please download the history form(s) pertaining to your reason(s) for treatment. Please bring all completed forms with you to your initial office visit. We also encourage you to bring any medical history, reports, and lab evaluations with you to your first visit.
Cancellation policy:
We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and adjusting your schedule can sometimes be necessary. However, to manage your appointment effectively and to respect the time of our service providers, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following cancellation policy:
All clients must give at least a 24-hour notice for cancellations. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full. This includes no-shows and late cancellations.
If you have an emergency, we understand that the 24-hour policy may not be feasible. In such a case, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. The decision to waive the cancellation fee will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Please remember, when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to this policy.
